The Company
MDSE Ltd (Municipal Developments South-East Europe) is oriented toward Joint activity with municipalities, the aim is to maximize the number of consumers. The Company is geographically focused on the Balkan region.

The Business
The main activities of MDSE are the development of communal infrastructures and supply of corresponding services for industry and households. The development is done in collaboration with local municipalities. Our commitment is to develop, finance and operate.
The development includes construction of gas, sewerage and water supply networks and installation of optical fiber cable for telecommunication services and providing respective services like distribution, maintenance, and continuous upgrades.
